Effective Date: December 22, 2016

This Privacy Policy applies to the Lightworkers Media website, available at www.lighworkers.com, and to any website, application, feature, widget or online services provided by LightWorkers Media OTT, LLC ("LightWorkers") that post a link to this Privacy Policy ("Sites"). This Privacy Policy describes our information and privacy practices with regard to the Sites. Except if specifically stated otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected on the Sites and does not apply to information collected offline or otherwise outside of the Sites. The Sites are general audience websites and do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children younger than the age of thirteen (13).

Information you provide to the Sites. The Sites may ask you to provide "Personal Information" (which is information that identifies you as a specific individual, such as your name or email address) and other information about you (such as demographic information, zip code, gender or age, for example) and information about your interests and preferences. If we combine this type of information with Personal Information, then we will treat the combined information as Personal Information under this Privacy Policy.

You may also choose to submit to us videos, photographs, text, or other content or materials ("User Content"). Your User Content may be posted publicly on the Sites or elsewhere online by us, such as in connection with a promotion or contest or on a blog or other community forum, as disclosed at the time we provide you the opportunity to submit User Content.

Information Third Parties Provide About You, Third Party Platforms and Social Media Interactions. We may obtain information about you, including Personal Information, from third party sources. For example, if you are on a third party web site, and you opt-in to receive information from us, that third party will forward information to us so that we may contact you as requested.

Functionality on the Sites may also permit interactions between the Sites and a third party website or service, such as enabling you to “like” or “share” content to other websites or services. If you choose to share content from the Sites or to otherwise post information from or via the Sites to a third party website, feature or application, that information may be public and the third party may have access to information about you and your use of our Sites. If you provide us information through an application or a page we are hosting on a third party platform, the information we collect is subject to this privacy policy. There may also be times where you have authorized a third party social media service or other third party platform to share information with us through the terms of that third party platform. For example, if you post information on a third party platform that references the Sites, LIghtWorkers or our content, your post may be published on our Sites in accordance with the terms of that third party.

The information we collect is subject to this Privacy Policy. The information collected and stored by the third party remains subject to the third party's privacy practices, including whether the third party continues to share information with us, the types of information shared, and your choices with regard to what is visible to others on that third party web site and service. The third party may allow you to remove the application or feature, in which case we will no longer collect information about you through the application or feature, but we may retain the information previously collected.

Information We Collect Automatically As You Access and Use the Sites.

In addition to any Personal Information or other information you choose to submit to the Sites, we and our third party service providers, including any content and analytics providers, may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect certain website usage information whenever you visit or interact with the Sites ("Usage Information"). This Usage Information may include browser and operating system you are using, the URL that referred you to our Sites, the search terms you entered into a search engine that led you to our Sites (if applicable), all of the areas within our Sites that you visit, and the time of day, among other information. We may use this Usage Information for a variety of purposes, including enhancing or otherwise improving the Sites.

In addition, we automatically collect your IP address or other unique identifier ("Device Identifier") for your computer, mobile phone, or other device (any, a "Device") used to access the Sites. A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device used to access the Sites, and our servers identify your Device by its Device Identifier.

The methods used to collect Usage Information may include the following:

Cookies and Log Files. Log files are the record of visits to the Services and include Usage Information. Information in log files is typically collected through or associated with a cookie, which is a data file placed on a device when it is used to visit the Services. Cookies may be used for many purposes, including, without limitation, remembering you and your preferences and tracking your visits to our web pages. A Flash cookie is a data file placed on a Device via the Adobe Flash plugin that may be built-in to or downloaded by you to your Device. Flash cookies may be used for various purposes, including, without limitation, enabling a Flash feature and remembering your preferences. For more information about Flash and the privacy choices Adobe offers, visit http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager.html. If you choose to disable cookies or to adjust your Flash privacy settings on your Device, some features of the Site may not function properly.

Web Beacons. Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons, (also known as "1x1 GIFs" or "clear GIFs") may be included in our web pages and email messages. Web beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a web page or email can act as a web beacon. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to the Sites, to monitor how users navigate the Sites, to count how many emails that were sent were actually opened or to count how many particular articles or links were actually viewed.

LightWorkers may use information collected through the Sites, including your Personal Information and Usage Information, in order to send you emails or other information you have signed up for or otherwise agreed to receive; to process your entry and facilitate your participation in a sweepstakes, contest or other promotion; to provide customer service or to contact you with regard to your use of the Sites or, in our discretion, changes to the Sites's policies; to improve the Sites or our services and for internal business purposes; and for purposes as disclosed at the time you provide your information or otherwise with your consent, and as further described in this Privacy Policy.

LightWorkers may share non-personally identifiable information, such as aggregated user statistics, with third parties in our discretion. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for those third parties' own marketing purposes. In addition, LightWorkers may share the information we have collected about you, including Personal Information, with your consent, as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy and in the following circumstances.

Third Parties Providing Services on our Behalf. We sometimes use other businesses to perform services for us, such as website hosting, conducting website usage analysis, sending email or other communications, or performing other administrative services. We may provide access to your Personal Information to such service providers in order for them to perform these services.

Administrative and Legal Reasons. LightWorkers may transfer and disclose information, including your Personal Information, Usage Information and Device Identifier (e.g., IP address), to third parties to comply with a legal obligation; when we believe in good faith that the law requires it; at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation; to verify or enforce our applicable Sites policies; to respond to an emergency; or otherwise to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of third parties, Sites visitors or the public. We may also use Device Identifiers (for example, IP addresses) to identify users, and may do so in cooperation with copyright owners, Internet service providers, wireless service providers or law enforcement agencies, in our discretion.

Business Transfers and Transitions. LightWorkers may share your information, including Personal Information, with its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, primarily for business and operational purposes. In the event that LightWorkers goes through a transition (such as a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all of our assets, bankruptcy or other corporate change including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process), your Personal Information will likely be among the assets transferred. By providing your Personal Information, you agree that we may transfer such information to the acquiring entity without your further consent.

Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions:  We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions ("Promotion") that may require registration. By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to governing terms, conditions or official rules, which may contain specific requirements of you, including allowing the sponsor(s) of the Promotion to use your name, voice, likeness or other indicia of persona in advertising or marketing associated with the Promotion. If you choose to enter a Promotion, Personal Information, such as your name and address, may be disclosed to third parties or the public in connection with the administration of such Promotion, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law or permitted by the Promotion’s official rules, such as on a winners list.

We may work with third party analytics services and other vendors to provide us with information regarding visitor traffic and use of the Sites. We may share Usage Information with these service providers, but do not share Personal Information with them. They may also set and access their own tracking technologies on your Device (including cookies, and web beacons) and may otherwise collect or have access to information about you (such as your Usage Information).

Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. There is no consensus among industry participants as to what “Do Not Track” means in this context. Like many websites and online services, the Service does not alter its practices when it receives a “Do Not Track” signal from a visitor’s browser. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.

LightWorkers takes commercially reasonable steps to help secure your Personal Information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. LightWorkers cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, or guarantee that it will be free from unauthorized access by third parties. You use the Sites and provide us with information at your own initiative and risk.

This Privacy Policy and the privacy practices of LightWorkers will be subject exclusively to the laws of the State of California within the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The Services are operated in the United States. If you are located in another jurisdiction, please be aware that information you provide to us will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Sites, or providing us with any information, you consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your information in the United States, a jurisdiction in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you reside or are a citizen.

We reserve the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy in our discretion at any time and will notify you of material changes by posting the changed or modified Privacy Policy on our Sites. We may also provide notice to you in other ways in our discretion, such as through contact information you have provided. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy unless otherwise specified and your continued use of the Sites after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy (or such other act as specified in the revised Privacy Policy) will constitute your consent to those changes. However, we will not, without your consent, use your Personal Information in a manner materially different than what was stated at the time your Personal Information was collected.

If you have any questions about our privacy practices, you can contact us at legal@lightworkers.com.
