THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ADMINISTERED OR ENDORSED BY, OR AFFILIATED WITH FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM. INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID FACEBOOK AND/OR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT (a “SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT”) ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY.

WINNER(S) WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESPOND TO THE WINNER NOTIFICATION FROM SPONSOR (DEFINED BELOW) WITHIN FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS AND MAY THEREAFTER BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE AND RETURN PRIZE-ACCEPTANCE DOCUMENTS, ALL ACCORDING TO THE NOTICE(S) FROM SPONSOR, OR PRIZE MAY BE FORFEITED (IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION).

BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR FROM YOU, A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, BINDING ARBITRATION OF CLAIMS, WAIVER OF CLASS-ACTION CLAIMS, AND WAIVER OF THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Unexpected Blessings Social Media Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. PT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on April 17, 2022 PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of LightWorkers Media OTT, LLC, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes in the following ways:

Method 1: Facebook. At the beginning of the Sweepstakes period, Sponsor will post a Facebook post at http://www.facebook.com/LightWorkersOfficial, referencing the Sweepstakes. To enter, post a comment relating to the Sweepstakes in response to the post, using the hashtag #unexpectedblessings to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. A Facebook account is required to enter via this entry method and can be opened for free at www.facebook.com or by downloading the Facebook application onto your smart phone from your appropriate app store. Use of the Facebook platform and participation in this Sweepstakes is subject to Facebook’s Terms of Use and privacy policy.
Method 2: LightWorkers Facebook Group. At the beginning of the Sweepstakes period, Sponsor will post a Facebook post at https://www.facebook.com/groups/IAmALightWorker, referencing the Sweepstakes. To enter, post a comment in response to the post, using the hashtag #unexpectedblessings to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. A Facebook account, as described above under Method 1 is required to enter via this entry method. In addition, this entry method further requires that you be a member of the LightWorkers Facebook Group. You may join this FaceBook group at any time prior to entering the Sweepstakes. Use of the Facebook platform and participation in this Sweepstakes is subject to Facebook’s Terms of Use and privacy policy.
Method 3: Instagram. At the beginning of the Sweepstakes period, Sponsor will post an Instagram post at https://www.instagram.com/lightworkers/, referencing the Sweepstakes. To enter, you must: (1) post a comment in response to the post, using the hashtag #unexpectedblessings🦋, and (2) follow both @lightworkers and @romadowney on Instagram. An Instagram account is required to enter via this entry method and can be opened for free at www.instagram.com or by downloading the Instagram application onto your smart phone from your appropriate app store. Use of the Instagram platform and participation in this Sweepstakes is subject to Instagram’s Terms of Use and privacy policy.

All Entries must be posted by 11:59:59pm PT on April 17, 2022 to be considered. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Limit of one (1) entry per person per method of entry. Each entrant may earn a maximum of three (3) entries. Entries received from any person or social media account in excess of the limitation will be void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the entire Sweepstakes. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the social media account used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the entrant, assuming such person is otherwise eligible to participate. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address or similar account by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the address used to register the account. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the account associated with the winning Entry. Entries must remain active and visible to Sponsor throughout the winner-selection process and award of the prize(s) in this Sweepstakes and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant whose Entry is reversed prior to award of the prize(s). Sponsor is not responsible for changes to any Social-Media Platform policy or platform functionality that may interfere with the Sweepstakes or ability of an entrant to timely enter or otherwise participate at all.

Sponsor may not be able to view purported Entries, receive or send communications, or otherwise detect participation from or interact with entrants who have set their Social Media Account’s privacy settings to protect their posts or to limit those from whom the user can receive direct messages. If entrant restricts which Social-Media Platform users may send him/her a direct message and the entrant does not follow the Sponsor Account(s), Sponsor may not be able to receive or provide communications for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes, which could result in entrant being disqualified and ineligible to win a prize. It is each participant’s responsibility to set his or her account settings to ensure that any purported Entry is made publicly, to accept communications by Sponsor, and to timely check his or her account for any comments, @replies, messages, or other communications from Sponsor.

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES: Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:

is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group.
defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission;
contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses, usernames/social media handles, or street addresses;
contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission;
communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate;
not depict any conduct or content that is unsafe, immoral, obscene or otherwise inappropriate as determined by Sponsor
in its sole and absolute discretion; and/or
violates any law.

PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), ODDS OF WINNING, AND PRIZECONDITIONS:

A. Prize: There will be twenty-five (25) total winners selected at random from all eligible entries as follows: (a) up to five (5) winners from Facebook; (b) up to fifteen (15) winners from LightWorkers’ Facebook Group; and (c) up to five (5) winners from Instagram. Each winner will receive the book “Unexpected Blessings – 90 Inspirations to Nourish Your Soul and Open Your Heart”, by Roma Downey (release date April 12, 2022 (AVR$ 17.99 each; total ARV of all prizes: $449.75). No other prizes will be awarded.

B. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on then umber of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

C. General Conditions: There is a limit of one (1) prize per person. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the same person is drawn for the prize more than once from any of the entry methods, Sponsor will choose another winner at random. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered, as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received.

RANDOM DRAWING: The winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday April18, 2022 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by Sponsor.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified shortly following each prize drawing via direct message and/or comment to his/her public Instagram, and/or Facebook account (the “Notification”) on or about Monday, April 18, 2022. To begin the prize claim process, a potential winner must respond as instructed to the Notification with his/her full name and email address and date of birth within 48 hours of the Notification. Any potential winner who does not reply to the Notification with the required information and within the specified time period may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be notified.

If any eligible winner is not of legal age of majority in his or her state of residence (a “minor”), at Sponsor’s option, the applicable prize either may be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian of winner, or parent or legal guardian of winner may be required to ratify and sign any Releases. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with a prize or prize component of comparable or greater value, in their sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost or stolen prize items. Each winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Prize will be delivered to the winner 6-8 weeks confirmation of the award.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Metro- Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., Instagram, and Facebook, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes- related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize; and (c) to the use of Entry, his/her name, voice, performance, photograph/video, image and/or likeness (including his/her username) for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.

LICENSE/USE OF ENTRIES: By submitting an Entry, and to the extent allowed by law, you grant the Released Parties a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub licensable, unconditional and transferable license to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse your Entry, name, photo, tweet, retweet, comment and/or post and biographical material including, but not limited to, all materials submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes in any and all media, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to entrant or any third party. Submission of any Entry further constitutes the entrant’s consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to the Sponsor any all rights, title and interest in the Entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights.

MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled Entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, mobile device, or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software or mobile device malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing or judging of Entries, the announcement of the prize, the incorrect uploading of any social media post or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of any Sweepstakes-related websites (“Websites”). Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Websites, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non- authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken using the judging procedure outlined above. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE/SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of JAMS and held at the JAMS regional office nearest the Sponsor; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. In the event the foregoing arbitration provision is deemed unenforceable for any reason, the parties mutually agree to exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in California for resolution of any disputes relating the to the Sweepstakes and hereby waive any objection to the jurisdiction of such courts. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above are inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.

Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the state of California.

THE FOREGOING PROVISIONS LIMIT CERTAIN RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A COURT ACTION, THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM, THE RIGHT TO ENGAGE IN DISCOVERY EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THE JAMS RULES AND THESE DISPUTE RESOLUTION TERMS, AND THE RIGHT TO CERTAIN REMEDIES AND FORMS OF RELIEF; PROVIDED THAT NOTHING HEREIN WILL RESTRAIN A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT’S RIGHT, IF ANY, TO SEEK PUBLIC INJUNCTIVE RELIEF AS PERMITTED BY LAW. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU WOULD HAVE IN CFOURT ALSO MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION.

PRIVACY: All information submitted to Sponsor as part of the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policies, available at https://lightworkers.com/privacy-policy/ and these Official Rules. If you are selected as a winner, your personal information may be included on a publicly available winner’s list.
